As the three of you walk down the corridor, most of the cells around you are empty. It’s dark in here, and kind of creepy, not like the sickly institutional fluorescence of Hydra’s usual buildings, and Sitwell murmurs psychological effect under his breath, and you think, it’s working.
The three of you fan out into a sort of quasi-grid, searching each corridor together and reporting on your findings to the other team and to Langkowski, your eyes in the sky. The other team are having serious issues; they’ve found Steve’s shield, but they haven’t found him.
Appropriately, that’s when Hill pushes open another steel door at the end of the corridor, revealing yet another row of cells, and in the farthest one, you see Natasha... and Steve.
“We can’t locate Captain America,” the other team conclude over the radio.
“That’s okay,” Hill tells them. “We can.”
