Steve delegates quickly. He, Tony and Natasha are going to fight their way to the central control room to release the manual controls and gather intel. You, on the other hand, are staying on the roof to keep an eye on the area, and especially on the two bodies you left on the ground. If anyone finds those, you are going to have to add them to the tally.

It's all pretty routine, listening to the low chatter of your teammates in your ear (at least everything seems to be going as planned, which is more than any of you can usually say), until you hear the chirp of a radio hail. If it were S.H.I.E.L.D., you'd answer immediately, but this is not the mission-designated channel, so you have no idea who is on the other end of the line.
